Peach Spice Cobbler
2 29oz cans sliced Peaches in light syrup
Line Dutch oven with buttered aluminum foil. Pour 1 can of peaches with juice into oven. Top with ¼ cup
of the butter cut into pats. Add ½ - ¾ cup of brown sugar, 1 - 1 ½ tsp cinnamon and 1 pkg of dry cake mix.
Repeat with the rest of the ingredients except cake mix. Mix second pkg of cake mix according to
directions on box and pour on top, spread evenly. Bake for 1 - 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees. Cobbler is
done when the cake is completely cooked.
½ cup Margarine
1 ½ cups Brown Sugar, packed
2-3 tsp ground Cinnamon
2 pkgs Spice Cake mix
