Easy Buttermilk Pancakes
    2 cup All purpose flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tlb sugar
    1 egg
    2 cup buttermilk
    3 tlb melted butter
Sift all of the dry ingredients together. Mix the egg, buttermilk and melted butter together in a bowl and then add the dry ingredients and mix. Drop by spoonful onto a heated and greased griddle; griddle should be about medium high heat or 325 degrees. You can add Blueberries or chocolate chips before you flip the pancakes over.

If you donít want to buy butter milk you can add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (realemon) per cup of milk

For Easier Cleanup (boys love this idea): Mix the dry ingredients in a gallon size zipper seal bag at home and add the wet to it when youíre ready to cook breakfast. Seal the bag and mix by shaking and kneading. Cut a corner out of the bag and squeeze the Batter onto the griddle.

Yields approximately 12-16 4" pancakes.
